Research Summary

Prof. Shen mainly focuses on the synthesis and surface modification of II-VI semiconductor fluorescent quantum dots and the application of optoelectronic devices based on fluorescent quantum dots (such as QD-LEDs). He has published more than 60 articles in academic journals such as J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nano letter, Adv. Funct. Mater., Chem. Mater., J. Mater. et al. with citation more than 600 times and received 4 authorized Chinese invention patents.
