Dr Li, born in 1972. Since 2006, he has been working in the Key Laboratory for Special Functional Materials, Ministry of Education, Henan University, and engaged in the research on synthesis and application of inorganic semiconductors nanocrystals. He was awarded three National Natural Science Funds, two Hi-Tech Research and Development Program of China (863 Program), and three provincial and ministerial projects.
