研究内容: 本课题组主要围绕钙钛矿半导体光电器件与物理,开展钙钛矿太阳能电池(PV)和量子点发光二极管(QLED)的研究工作,主要包括: (1)钙钛矿半导体器件:钙钛矿薄膜的成膜工艺,晶化动力学调控,以及大面积高性能光伏和发光二极管器件的设计与制备; (2)钙钛矿半导体物理:钙钛矿半导体材料与器件的基础物性分析、界面物理、载流子输运过程以及缺陷机制与钝化策略研究。 Research Focus: Our research group primarily focuses on perovskite semiconductor optoelectronic devices and their underlying physics, particularly perovskite solar cells (PV) and quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QLEDs). Our main research areas include: 1. Perovskite Semiconductor Devices: Developing film-forming processes for perovskite thin films, controlling crystallization dynamics, and designing and fabricating large-area, high-performance photovoltaic and light-emitting diode devices. Perovskite Semiconductor Physics: Investigating the fundamental physical properties of perovskite materials and devices, including interface physics, charge carrier transport processes, defect mechanisms, and passivation strategies. |
